On February 10, 2022, we were proud to host our 2nd Annual ‘Community Matters’ Blood Drive. We worked with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center to help community hospitals with the critical blood supply level, and our sponsors included Houston Kidney Specialists Center, Barnard Family Health Center and Nexcore. Every blood donation directly supported Houston area hospitals, and most donations were used the same or next day. We are proud to say that of the 24 open slots for donation, 22 of those slots were filled. We could not be more thankful to our staff, our partners within the Doctors’ Pavilion who sponsored the event and our patients who took time out of their busy day to assist us with our goal. You are what community is all about.
